King Errisson

He’s the intense ebony face working the congas behind Neil Diamond, with whom he’s been playing his drum for over 30 years. King Errisson has played as percussionist with about everyone who’s anyone in the Motown scene—The Jackson 5, Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross and more. A native of Nassau, Bahamas, Errisson now lives in Las Vegas, where he spends his time on the golf course, or sometimes jamming with his favorite Neil Diamond impersonator. When he’s not here, and he’s not on tour, Errisson relaxes on Acklins Island, one of the Bahamas’ more remote spots, where he has his own hotel, the Pestell Beach Resort.
Cindy Bradley

With the release of Unscripted, her latest Trippin’ N Rhythm recording, Cindy Bradley is not only keeping the trumpet and flugelhorn hip and grooving lead jazz instruments like her late great heroes Freddie Hubbard, Lee Morgan and Blue Mitchell--she’s also continues her knack for picking spot on album titles.
Cindy has impressed thousands of jazz loving adults as well over the years, touring with legendary urban jazz group Pieces of a Dream, performing in NYC with the Sly Geralds Band (bassist for Maceo Parker) and—since the release of Bloom—playing such renowned events as the Big Bear Lake Jazz Festival, Omaha’s Riverfront Jazz and Blues Festival, the Balcones Heights Jazz Festival in San Antonio and the North Carolina Wine and Jazz Festival.
TDC - The Diamond Collection - Kenny LaBelle

The Diamond Collection is a true Neil Diamond tribute show. Kenny LaBelle has long admired the intricacies and soul of Neil Diamond’s sound and music. He is not an “impersonator” but a tribute artist that evokes the passion and emotion that this music demands. Kenny and his 8 piece band span Neil Diamond’s career from his early 60’s hits right up to his 2010 album “Dreams.” TDC plays well known hits like Sweet Caroline, Cracklin’ Rosie, Longfellow Serenade, and also mines many of Neil’s hidden gems.

THIS AIN'T YOUR MOTHER'S RESCUE GROUP
You've never met a rescue group like Rescue Ink™ - an army of tattooed, motorcycle-riding street guys who have zero tolerance for animal abuse and neglect. We think abusers are losers, and we have no problem "educating" them about the error of their ways. Hey, we're no angels, and we've made plenty of mistakes in our lives, but we've been given a second chance. And we think neglected and abused animals deserve one, too.
Bill Smith - Main Line Animal Rescue

The founder of the Main Line Animal Rescue in Wayne, PA was Bill Smith...
It was founded in 1998 and is a no-kill shelter that rescues dogs from puppy mills. If you saw Oprah's show about the rescue, it was unbelievably enlightening. I hope that many people were educated by this show. Many people have no idea what goes on in puppy mills. I learned a lot myself. Lancaster, PA is one of the worst places for puppy mills. The Amish people think of a dog as an object, like a piece of corn. They keep the dogs piled on top of one another in crates. Many are on wheels like hamsters use, even if they are sick, injured or elderly. It is supposedly to exercise them!! Some of the dogs cannot even walk when they come out of the cages, as they have never been out before!

I am glad the show was done, thanks to Bill Smith's billboard that he put up for Oprah to see and do a show about the Main Line Animal Rescue. It was extremely difficult to watch, but everyone should see it. CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE SHOW

Bill Smith, founder of Main Line Animal Rescue, has won the ASPCA Lifetime Achievement Award.

The Dog Park
Brookdale Dog Park

This park was specifically chosen due to it's affluent residents and it's reputation of being a dog loving area. The fenced in Dog Park within Brookdale Park opened in November 2007 because so many residents already used this park for an area to take their dogs to play, exercise, and socialize.

The dog park is a total 1.2 acres with an 0.8 acre fenced in area for large dogs and a 0.4 acre fenced in area for small dogs. Both sections have a stone dust surface and various pieces of apparatus where the dogs can play and exercise. There are safety enclosures at each entrance to prevent unleashed dogs from running away, time out areas where excited dogs can be brought to calm down, dog washing areas and water fountains.
